Jo Ann is a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Society for Chartered Surveyors Ireland and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

With a BA from Queens University Belfast in History, Jo Ann then furthered her studies with a MA in Administration and Law from The University of Ulster and an MSc Real Estate from Reading University.

Jo Ann has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry. As Senior Property Manager with GBR Estates Management Limited for six years she is responsible for the property management of shopping centres, office buildings and residential properties. She worked for Parker Green International for six years as the Head of Research & Residential Property. Sourcing residential property for investment and development from Europe and the Americas she was responsible for managing a portfolio of 75 apartments with a market value of €15 million and a redevelopment project with a projected gross development value of €17.5 million.
