SHAUNA MCCLEAN

Upon completion of her GCSEs Shauna entered a Higher Education programme in Secretarial Studies which she completed in 2004, having achieved my RSA stage 3 as well as competencies in business, accounts and audio typing.

Shauna has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, working closely to provide assistance to senior management of commercial assets. Prior to this she worked as credit controller in a busy facilities management company.

As Senior Credit Controller with GBR Estates Management Limited for last six months Shauna is responsible for chasing late payments and if necessary facilitates the agreement of a payment plan between the tenant and Landlord. Her duties also include instructing legal action as required, which involves liaising with external solicitors and barristers during the case, providing up to date details of arrears and assisting with the preparation of sworn statements and other information relevant to the case.
